About Our Chef

Chris trained in Cambridge at Magdalene College, where he studied Catering & Hotel Management for 4 years. After his apprenticeship he then furthered his training where he worked in Switzerland for several years. He is clasically trained in French Cuisine by the standards of Escoffier, Le Rouse and Michel Roux. Over the years he has been head chef in various a la carte restaurants including the London Oritory in Knightsbridge. Chris has been involved in catering for Princess Margaret, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip and Prince Edward. He has also catered for celebrities including Andy Taylor from Duran Duran and cooked for Sophie Dhal and Gabriel. If you require any catering for social events, canape parties Chris can provide you with an exciting and dynamic menu plan. The Resident Club Menu changes every few months which combines the old favourites, Spanish and French bistro style cuisine including requested dishes from our regular customers.
